Initial public offer of 18,961,038# equity shares of face value of Re. 1 each ("Equity Shares") of Signatureglobal (India) Limited ("Company" or "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 385 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 384 per equity share) aggregating to Rs. 730.00# crores (the "Offer") comprising a fresh issue of 15,662,337# equity shares aggregating to Rs. 603.00# crores by the company ("Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of 3,298,701# equity shares aggregating to Rs. 127.00# crores by the International Finanace Corporation, as the selling shareholder (the "Offered Shares"). The offer shall constitute 13.49% of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the company. The offer price is Rs. 385 per equity share and is 385 times the face value of the equity shares. #Subject to finalisation of basis of allotment.
