Initial public offering of up to 1,06,00,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each of Shree Ram Twistex Limited ("the Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of 104 per equity share (including a securities premium of Rs. 94 per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating up to Rs. 110.24 crores ("the Issue"). The issue will constitute [*]% of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital. Price Band: Rs. 104 per equity share of face value Rs.10/- each.
